I ship for free using Priority Mail. If you want Express Mail, UPS, etc. you'll have to pay for extra shipping costs.

Can I call if I need help?
Yes, you can call me for coaching. I include 30 minutes of phone coaching with your purchase. If you want more time on the phone than 30 minutes, I charge $50 an hour.
